We are confident that our service and facilities will not be the cause of any complaint. However we do not wish to become complacent about the views and feelings of our patients.

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the dentist or any of the staff working in the practice, please see the receptionist who will be able to help you.

We operate a practice complaints procedure for dealing with complaints. Our complaint procedure adheres to national criteria.

We always try to react positively to criticism to further improve the high-quality service that we strive to provide.

It is always good to know when we are doing things right, so equally if you have positive comments please let us know.

Wentwood House Dental Practice is situated in the picturesque and historic town of Winchcombe in the heart of the Cotswolds, UK.

Directions: Wentwood House is located on the High Street, directly opposite the junction with Castle Street.

Parking: Convenient parking is available 50 yards from the practice on Abbey Terrace.

Times: Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5pm, Friday & Saturday – 8am to 1pm
